Outstanding Service Today. I visited with Hubby looking for a new Dyson ( not upgraded for 7 Years). Dyson V15 Detect purchased honestly can’t believe the difference in pick up and quietness of motor. Sales Assistant super helpful will certainly re visit Booth Scotland. When next looking for electrical appliances for our property.

Supporting your local business is a must if you want to keep them on the high street. You may pay slightly more in some cases but you will always get a first class personal and professional service. I have dealt with Booths for about 30 years and wouldn't go past them.

Ordered a new fridge from Booths last week. Very efficient ordering and buying process. Good looking new fridge.

Stupidly I didn't take a note of the serial number before installing it and was worried I'd need to uninstall it to find the serial number to register the warranty. I contacted Booths and they had already taken a note of the number and registered the warranty for me. Exceptional local service.

Oh my goodness! When local service goes above and beyond. An older (not from Booths) faulty fridge/freezer tripping the electric was replaced WITHIN HOURS of a call to Booths in Inverurie!
The contents of the freezer hardly had time to shiver when they got transferred to the new one.
I had always thought Booths was expensive, but how wrong I was. Price matched goods, delivery very reasonable (and in this case exceptionally quick!) and old one removed. Impressed and think it worth sharing with the message to buy local. Great job, Allan and team!

Having previously puchased from here it was my first choice for a new tv and wall mount. Requested a survey, they came, tapped the walls etc said no problem to what we wanted so tv and bracket duly purchased along with an installation. Install day arrived and the guys turned up. Without even drilling a hole advised they couldn't install without us attaching a board to the newly plastered walls. Had they said there could be an issue we could have braced the wall prior to all the plastering and painting. Annoyed doesn't even cut it. Either train your surveyors better or the installers. Unless you're after purchase-only don't waste your time or money here.
