With a multi-storey car park next door, you're ok for somewhere to park, but I would suggest you pay for your parking before you leave the event to get out quicker. We only took about 20 minutes but I have heard stories about taking an hour to get out. The venue itself is very nice, modern and well-managed. I have seen many bands play there, and always had a good experience. Staff are helpful. Easy to get in and out of.

I have been going to the bic for years now and seen lots of bands here. Recently scissor sisters and chase and status. It's a third the size of most big arena venues meaning even in the furthest seats or standing places you'll get a better view than the O2 or Birmingham. Atmosphere is always great, bar staff could be quicker but it's busy so to be expected.

What a credit to the BIC the ushers are. Seating plan wasnt as I expected and due to my disability I have to leave my leg left leg out, spoke to the ushers and they were extremely accommodating and helped my arrange my seat to not cause any discomfort meaning I could thoroughly enjoy jeff waynes war of the worlds. They went above and beyond and represent the venue in an extremely positive way. Thank you.

Found this amazing little gem! Food was freshly prepared and utterly delicious 😋 I had the crispy pork breakfast bun ! Not too spicy but very very tasty. My latte was giant sized which was a treat! Didn't try the cakes, but they looked amazing!

Big theatre and good view of the stage.
Seating leg room is cramped though.
Bar area well stocked with drinks. Entrance easy to access. Exit after the show was a bottle neck jam as the main entrance was closed and everyone in the theatre had to go through narrow corridors to go out. Toilets clean. Not enough seats in the bar area whilst waiting for show to open and noticeably inadequate for disabled visitors.
As for the show, Greg Davies was brilliant and absolutely hilarious in his down to earth roar comedy.

The BIC is a great venue that hosts a variety of live music, concerts, shows, and ice skating events. Really friendly and helpful staff. Situated in a convenient and easy to access location, loads of comfortable seating, and really good acoustics.

Good venue, but food choice very expensive and limited. Expensive 'snacks' and nothing hot or vegetarian or Halal in my case. And you can't bring in food either, which is fair enough but give customers some good choices so they don't starve.

Great place - very spacious and well managed (not overly crowded). Music going and a good vibe.

Went with my daughter (5) and there were other children there around her age. Smaller section for younger children/complete novices to get accustomed.

Hire a penguin for £5 - didn’t realise that until I was there but of course worth it for me, I mean my daughter.

I’d recommend for a fun hour out.
