Always advertise things they do not have in stock. Waste of time and effort, and clearly deliberate when they have 3 different "shops" advertised. Usually with different prices and non of it in stock.

I called to pick up a parcel on 09-01-28 28/09/2024. I was the only customer for approximately minute. The staff were talking to each and ignored me. They seemed to be organising mobile phone chargers. They came out from behind the counter to look at them. The woman returned to the till and continued to serve other customers that had come in. The male member of staff continued faffing about with the chargers. I had to ask if I was going to get served as I was first in the queue and she had now served 3 other people.( It will all be on your cameras).
The female said, there's only one queue, I replied, I was in that queue to start with until she left the counter. It was at this point the male staff decided he would serve me.

Returning an evri parcel I picked package less and picked the store, I followed the instructions and handed my item plus the label to the assistant as per instruction, she looked at me and said ‘what do you want me to do with that’.
I explained I don't know what you do, I have followed the instructions to which she rolled her eyes and said they don’t have time to package anything so stick the label on the bag as it is. I explained this store is a package less one and this is what it tells you to do. She replied, we’ve never done that and muttered u see her breath as a queue of people behind me built up. It was embarrassing and I won’t use the store again.
