Swim Club Manager has enabled our swimming club to run much more efficiently. We now run cashless and paperless systems (which from a GDPR point of view is excellent). It is great to be able to have all club documents in one place. It is also much easier to contact members, set up events, monitor attendance and the movement of swimmers, PB's etc...As a custodian of the club, it will make passing over my responsibilities over to the next person in the future much easier as everything is all in one place. The support offered by the SCM manager team is also very good.

We have been using SwimClub Manager now for over a year and it is an invaluable tool for running our club so much so, we don’t know how we managed without it! With over 1000 members, SCM has significantly reduced the amount of hours spent on administration. It is constantly evolving; every week new features appear as customer feedback is taken on-board to make SCM the best solution for Swim Clubs. With the ability to import files for swim meets and the responsive easy to use, drag n drop website facility, SCM has it all. Customer Service from Ben is outstanding - nothing is too much trouble. If you run a Swim Club and are looking for a complete package, we would highly recommend SCM.

Bottisham Swimming Club has used SwimClubManager for about six months now, and it has already completely transformed our club. Time spent on admin has been dramatically reduced, record keeping is so much easier, and as a result the committee is much more content! We are still getting to know all the features and learning how to make the most of them, but I now can't imagine running the club without it. As an additional bonus, Ben is incredibly responsive and helpful, and open to adding any new functionality that helps - he's clearly passionate about his product and about customer service, which makes all the difference and really sets SwimClubManager apart from the rest of the market. I am writing this review as the database administrator for our swimming club, we currently use Swim Club Manager to manage our club. The database is vital to the successful running of the club and also comes with a handy app for your phone. The database is intuitive for parents, volunteers and coaches but if you have any problems Ben from Technical Support is always on hand to help should you need it. Which I do regularly ;-). Swim Club Manager is also very good value for money. Should you need a new system for your swimming club I would recommend Swim Club Manager.

For the price, Swim Club Manager is a great platform for running a swimming club, even a large one like ours. It has all the key features needed:

- membership management with ability to create squad groupings and associated attendance register
- swim times management (can import SD3 files from Club Rankings software and Hytek)
- online meet invite, automatically determining event qualification based on time and attendance management
- works really well with Hytek Meet Manager (can import Hytek meet files and create Hytek entries), can also create files containing swimmer entries that can be imported into Sport Systems Meet Management
- powerful email system with the ability to create nice looking HTML templates with automatic personalisation options
- a club shop and finance capabilities complete with invoicing and integration with GoCardless
- confidential incident management system
- flexible reporting system including meet attendance with contact and medical details
- web site builder (additional option)
- simple Android and iOS app for parents

Feature wise it is close to TeamUnify and I would recommend trying this before going down this route. Support is superb, very responsive and feature requests are all encouraged.

I was tasked with sourcing management software for my swimming club (Erith and District). After much research it was decided that SwimClub Manager (SCM) by BPS Designs looked to be the best, particularly with it's low-cost annual subscription and GoCardless payment integration - all club payments are now done via this method, via SCM. The entire feature list is vast, and the support is superb - we continue to hear grumbles about alternative swimming club management software, but never SCM.
