Jackie very kind and helpful on Wednesday. Had to go back Thursday,( Jackie on day off) as I needed to change order, staff again so helpful ( didn't get ladies name this time). She was on returns order till.
I was very impressed . Well done Arbroath.

Jack the young sales assistant carried out an apple tree to see if it fitted in our car. It fitted! He was extremely helpful & polite. The young girl serving at the till was also helpful & polite. The Arbroath store had plenty of good offers. I will definitely be back again.

Got to tills to discover no manned tills in operation, only self service tills. Put my goods down and left, I will get my goods in a competitive store where staff are available to check my goods. When stores close due to fall in footfall, remember your lack of customer service and taking customers for granted attitude

I own a painting and decorating company and have been using this store for many years. Staff have been nothing but extremely friendly and helpful, any issues I’ve ever had have always been resolved efficiently and quickly. Well stocked for my needs. Nothing seems to much trouble for the staff here

Do not buy bathroom Taps or Sink fittings or any thing to do with bathroom Stuff from here cuz its Cheap nasty Metal that's easy broken and not only that when i went in to Demand a Refund on this Trash the wicked Witch manager she was Fast to blame it on the Plummer but when i said i have his number would ya like to talk to him the story changed and i did not get help or Refund and i Kid you not i will NEVER shop at this B&Q EVER again

When visiting this store I had to get some technology called advice on two occasions. I have had to attract attention on both occasions but then was given very good attention advice and help with my purchases. All staff were friendly and attentive.
Fairly good stock levels for a medium size store, and good value products. Norman
