B&Q Superstore is my go-to for all things DIY. Whether it’s tools, paint, plants, or storage solutions, they’ve got it all under one roof. The staff are helpful and usually know their stuff, which makes finding what you need so much easier.

The store is well-organized, clean, and has a great selection for both beginners and experienced DIYers. Prices are fair, and there are often good deals or seasonal offers. The garden centre is especially nice—plenty of healthy plants and great outdoor ideas.

If you’re working on a home project or just want some inspiration, B&Q Superstore is definitely worth a visit!

We walked into the store last week, somehow spent £500 and then left with everything we needed. B&Q seems to be the only DIY store you can do that.
4/5 as store is not necessarily the cheapest and can be hard to navigate. It's the best place to go when you need lots of things in one go, but better options are available when sourcing specific items if you have the time.

Went down to the radiator section as needed help with the radiator that I’m replacing and a fantastic chap called Mark had fantastic knowledge of how to fix my job and what parts I would need and a few tips and tricks too.

It's not my favourite place to shop as it is so big being on 2 floors. I always have to ask where things are, and then it takes ages to find things. No disabled toilets or changing rooms as it has been closed forever. This is why I have given it 2 stars.

Big B&Q with two floors with both free upper and ground parking. Self checkout available and stocking everything you expect to see. Some items are extremely more expensive than the same items online.

It's a good shop but this particular branch has had issues for over a month with heating and lighting the ground floor, I've seen lots of people having to use their phone for light to read product description. Frankly this is why I scored it two stars, for the length of time you would assume they would do essential building repairs, promptly.

I was very overwhelmed looking at all the paint options but luckily Onat and Harry stepped in to help us out! They went above and beyond to give us advice and help us find what would work for us. So glad they were there to support us, thank you both 🙂

Went into store yesterday afternoon with my partner to pick some wood up and get it cut for a panelling project at home.

Went to the wood cutting station and within about a minute two guys (sorry didn’t catch their names) turned up. They were extremely helpful and friendly with making sure our measurements were what we needed. They even helped us pick a better size wood sheet so we would have less cut offs to deal with. Neither of us had attempted any panelling before and the guys gave us some advice and reassurance that it would be worth it!

10/10 customer service and will definitely be coming back to get the later bits and pieces.
