Just received the best service from Dean in the kitchen department. He is extremely knowledgable and provided amazing service. He has helped us put together a wonderful kitchen design including handles, splash backs etc that we a delighted with!

Purchased a range of items from the store from plant pots and soil, to a bird feeder, to a power tool set. The store has a good mix and range of tools/products and the staff were helpful. Easy to access location with a large car park. My only criticism was that some items were only available online, and so for example I could purchase an impact driver but some of the accessories were only available online.

Shocking service just had 10 sheets of plasterboard delivered to my garden pissing down with rain disabled and pregnant wouldn't lift into my house as there is more than 7 sheets now I need to open up and carry 1 by 1 in the house myself as I live alone great fun

Unfortunately a sign of the times.
No cement, concrete, postcrete, and much reduced timber stock on this visit.

All down to the evil of Brexit.
(Checked with friends in Germany and they have plenty so it's not down to Covid as B&Q claim).

Really really poor, should be better especially as there's a B & M round the corner. Almost no staff around, the two we did see were skulking on the 'Trade Point' border with the rest of the store. We were hesitant to approach in case they only dealt with Trade inquiries, in addition we didn't feel comfortable in disturbing whilst they were so engrossed & engaged in idle chat.
Surely with prices more than double on some items compared to B & M, they'd be able to staff their store accordingly.
The cashier who processed our items was very friendly, engaged and switched on. Hence why 3 stars instead of 1. She should be promoted.
