I recently visited this store to purchase a power tool. Upon arriving I was directed to a young man called Charlie who was extremely helpful and thorough. He explained everything in detail and gave me the pros and cons of the different items. Colleen supported us to sign up to the B&Q membership scheme. Throughly looked after and will certainly visit again. Thank you for your excellent costumer service.

B&Q is an aladdin's cave for DIY tools and decorating supplies. I have bought some new gardening tools, and i am very pleased with the quality and price after comparing them with similar on line. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. There is also a wide selection of lighting and tools.

Tonight we popped into our local store to get some painting supplies ahead of the bank holiday weekend. Both ladies we encountered on the paint counter were personable, knowledgeable and their customer service was excellent. They took the time to ensure we bought the right paint and primer and even provided advice on best approach to application. We walked away confident and will look out for Linda & her peer next time we visit.

will never come here again, awful rude staff. i was being begged by the long pink haired man to join the b&q app when I had told him multiple times we already had it - i then cracked a joke about ID (which i could’ve provided we were just buying a scraper it was like a oh no don’t say i’m visabily under 25 i still feel 19 joke) and the woman on the collections looked at me like i had just murdered her new born. absolutely awful customer service, rude pushy and not very nice. will go to st andrews quay from now on thanks.
