I do wonder if this store is too big for people who just need the main DIY things, however the staff are really helpful. I went in for one item and came out with many more. The garden centre section is well stocked with some good bargains. I got three trays of plants for a tenner and a lifetimes supply (slight exaggeration) of compost for £11.

This store is quite spacious and boasts convenient automatic doors. There is an abundance of disabled parking, which is a welcome sight. Wheelchairs are readily available for use inside, along with adaptable trolleys. The aisles are wide, and the presence of large signage makes it easy to navigate. Additionally, the staff is helpful and accommodating, providing assistance as needed. Toilets available too.

Large store with big range of products. In lighting, DIY and building products.

Edge of town store and public transport links are none existent.

But large carpark.

There is a small garden centre and there are some bargains yo be had there.

There is a wide range of products but not huge choice withing the items stocked.

But all in all acceptable shopping experience maybe more people on tills and less self-service tills

Most plants outside looked dead. Had a 50% off offer but even staff had no idea which ones it applied to. Corporate piss take on their customers, management need to be disciplined, shameful. Poor shop management.

Another Aladdin's cave of stuff for the home and garden, I'm afraid I spent a long time there!

Items can be found in slightly different areas than I expected, however each member of staff knew where to find what I asked for and all but one took me there (the other pointed and directed ne to across the store).

I also got ideas for the future, like the self stick tiles that can be easily cut to size (see photo's).

Accessibility - good, electronic doors, wide aisles, Clearance section might be slightly tight?

Car Park (free) - part of the Retail Park and plenty close to the store for Disabled.

Staff - knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Toilets (to the left and back of the store) - yes, but didn't check them this time

Feeling like DIY? What better inspiration than B&Q.
Ample of parking, includingDisabled and family bays.
Toilets are available.
Whenever I've visited, it's always been quiet.
There's plenty of reduced/clearance stuff at the entrance. I simply love the sample room ideas and inspiration. My favourite has to be the kitchen.
Attached are a few pics on what you can expect here.
Returns are acceptable with receipt. The staff is polite and very helpful.
I hope this is helpful, and you find more inspirations in the BnQ near you.

Located close to the shore, this store has everything you need. My experience with this store is very interesting. I was searching for an electric sleeve that found online and rushed to pick it from here which is about to close. As it's far located from city, reaching there was bit difficult in bike. After reaching there I got lost into the massive store where the staff helped to find the stufff I needed and another stuff I looked for soon before the shop closes. Simple the shop is massive and the staff is friendly and excellent in serving customers.
