I get a perfect match of shower head set for my electric thermostat supply at a reasonable price with a great help from the staff (I get a spare shower hose which is completely wrong, as it come with a round head only and without washers). It's a main reason to shop in person instead of shopping online! Thanks so much. Sorry for missing the name of the lady.

Great B&Q store - laid out well with plenty of space. The store felt modern and clean - plenty of choice. Very little staff on the shop floor though, did struggle trying to find someone to help with a quiery. Car park is small and can be difficult to park during peak hours
