Phil cut our plywood sheets for us. So friendly and helpful. Couldn't have been a better service.
The store was clean and tidy with so much to look at and choose from. Some great offers and a good large car park too. Would definitely recommend!

Purchased a Flymo lawnmower 2 days ago. To our shock, when opening the box the lawnmower had been heavily used with items missing out of the box, including (warranty paperwork and instructions). I returned the product back to the store this morning, and Sarah, the showroom manager dealt with my complaint very well and demonstrated first-class customer service. I will be returning back to the store soon, as I feel like I have been treated as a valued customer. Thank you again.

Went to price up Decking and other items for the rear garden..

Good choice of products and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable... Moreover they also told me about their delivery service for the large and bulky items as I do not have a car at the moment and was a little concerned about getting them all in my friends new car.

Only down side for me is if I need to get there on public transport due to the distance between the store and Bilston Bus Station.

Overall though a good and productive day!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at B&Q. I bought some MDF today and needed it to be cut, first of all -
There was no one in the cutting section, so I had to go all the way back to the front of the store and ask for someone to help me.
Andy the staff member comes to cut the mdf for us, he cut it the wrong way and my dad told him look you’ve cut it the wrong way I needed it the other way.
Now bare in my mind, my father is in his 60s, Andy proceeds to say “Go and grab some more MDF then” considering the MDF is huge and heavy! He expected my father to walk all the way back and carry 4 sheets of MDF wood to him! i said to Andy “is this not your job?”

He then proceeded to say, that he is going to serve a man ( who wasn’t even in close proximity) and said he doesn’t want there to be a queue. My dad and I bough the MDF back to him and I started telling him how to cut it and what size, he was so rude! He didn’t even speak back or anything. Honestly, I would recommend to go to the wednesbury branch as they are much more polite and kind and helpful!!! A lot of the staff here - when you ask for something don’t even show you where the item is. There is only a few helpful staff, who are genuinely helpful and nice to speak to.

Worst customer service from all building shops ever been dealing with.
Click and collect taking ages to get order, went get everything myself, half of the staff ignoring for questions or just saying "have a look over there" last time definitely I'm in B&Q Wolverhampton

Terrible customer service. Tried to return some wood stain because it was not the colour advertised on the can. Ended up having to keep the horrendous tan orange wood stain (which we will never use) and buy another darker wood stain. B&Q lost a long time customer today. Skrewfix or homebase in future.
