Great Company. Have always used them for our boiler but had them come in to carry out some remedial work (a different firm done a bodge job). Very please with the results.

The Office Boiler packed up and BCR came out the same day and fixed it.

The Plumber & his Workmate were friendly and efficient and fixed the problem without any fuss.

I would also like to say a special thank you to Claire in the BRC Office. I really appreciated her positive can do attitude when I called, especially as we were a new customer for them.

We have used and known BRC plumbing for over 16 years ! They are professional, friendly , and most of all reliable . Had a boiler choke up today rang Ben and one of his lads popped in on his way home . Boiler fixed within 2 hrs of my phone call .
Can’t get better than that .

It makes a change to find a plumbing team that deliver on their promises, charge exactly as quoted and turn up when they say they will.

I have nothing but praise for BRC. They quoted us for an installation that was a little different to the standard boiler install but everything from the first visit to the final system check up after install all went brilliantly.

Team BRC installed a Full (wet) Central Heating system for us.Having recently moved into the area and our house was in need of a central heating system and hot water supply upgrade (a lot of work as it is an older house) Team BRC were always Professional, Polite and Friendly and as a time served Millwright I can recognise a high standard of work, which we got from Team BRC.
