I switched to Breeze Energy a year ago from Future Energy, who left me in a right mess when they ceased trading. I honestly believe if it hadn't been for the fantastic customer service that Breeze Energy deliver I don't think that issue would have been resolved as quickly as it was. I think customer service is very important and in my experience I cant fault it. Price wise they are very competitive. Great prices, great customer service what more do you want 🙂

I can't fault Breeze. Their prices are good, the website is clear and simple and I get an email each month asking for my meter readings. My bill is then available to view almost immediately. When I called the service was quick, accurate and polite. Best bit is that they don't support those really stupid "smart" meters that are costing this country (ie us consumers) billions of ££££s. Long may that continue

I have been with Breeze over 12 months,switched from EDF who pushed me to find another supplier after raising prices.Ive just renewed my tariff which after doing a research online appeared to be the cheapest.I have to say so far so good-great and flexible customer service,simple website where you can se your usage and bils.Far better than my previous company which was charging me ridiculous amount of money and spending confusing statements. I would recommend to anyone.

I recently switched to breeze energy. They weren't the cheapest overall but appeared to have very competitive pricing and decent reviews.

I made a mistake with my initial reading (counting the electricity after the decimal point). Once i spotted the error i phoned them to adjust the reading. They answered the phone in under 30 seconds and I got through to someone that spoke excellent English that seemed happy to help.

The mistake was corrected with the minimum of fuss and they told me that they had already spotted my error and the reading had been rejected (which saved me an 8 grand bill!)

So far so happy, thanks Breeze.

Had no problems switching to Breeze, but when I wanted to leave for a cheaper supplier they started causing problems despite a meter reader having visited recently, never missed a payment and all payments requested have been made on time. Still battling to move to "Outfox the Market" who are presently a lot cheaper than Breeze.

After poor customer service in the effort to join this company, I asked to talk to a "manager" the manager came on the phone and said "how can I help" in a very rude, abrupt cold manner, this manager never introduced herself which I believe is the first thing any manager should do!, however I expressed my concerns only to be told "GOOD" we have lots of customers so we are not really concerned!! How rude I said to which she proceeded to rush me off the telephone call. Its seems already they are way too big for there own boots and are happy to just remove you! I'm so glad I have NOT signed up to this company, if i did I think I would be writing to the energy ombudsman now. My advice would be stay well away from this company!!

As soon as the price fix ends they will hike up your bills massively. Not worth switching to in the first place, their customer service is terrible and they lie about no leaving bills. Massively ripped me off when I switched suppliers and forced me to pay made up fees just to switch. Do not use this company.

Coming to the end of year 2 and hoping for another good deal from Breeze for year 3. I've never stayed with an energy supplier for longer than 2 years before which is testament to the good quality easy to use company that Breeze is, they are simply a ....Breeze
