Working with this company was one of the worst decisions I have ever made, I strongly suggest anyone considering employing them look elsewhere.

A 9-12 month deadline I was given by them at the start of the project ended up being a 24 month delivery date. Once I had realised this was not a company to be working with I was in too deep financially to go elsewhere, it seemed that the project 'managers' were also aware of this and their attitude completely changed. I was also led to believe that they had their own factories that I would be able to visit and appraise (it turns out they own very few if not no factories & just outsource work whilst refusing to let you know any information on said factories). Any protestation or criticism I made about samples or tech packs being unacceptable inaccurate was met with a scalding as if I were a misbehaving child. The factories they employ were either repeatedly given the wrong information or were completely inadequate at following design specs to the point of my final products being wrong & still having to pay full price for them as I wasn't 'charged for the extra embroidery'. Throughout the process I had 4 different project managers, half of whom spent most of their time on holiday leave, who I had to constantly re-explain things to as none of them shared any information with each other. Final products also were delivered in boxes that had been soaked through with multiple items receiving staining in transit, again no refund offered or compensation.

Whilst the product quality was up to standard and the final iterations were largely accurate it did not make up for; the length of the process, repeated failures, flaws in final products and the impact that it had on my business and well-being.
