Cannot recommend Usman enough. Him and his colleague were with us from 10:15am today and left at 21:45pm! We had a complicated new boiler installation, due to the flue positioning, but Usman and his colleague were superb in every way. Usman had given us a full breakdown of the cost beforehand and he talked my husband through what he was doing.
When he was finished with the boiler, flue installation and tests, he came to safety check the gas cooker and the hobs needed a new safety device. He stayed another hour and a half to fit this and test it. He then cleaned up impeccably.
Nothing is too much trouble for Usman and his attention to detail is unmatched. He is a credit to his profession and we look forward to seeing him for our boiler service next year.
Usman is your guy for boilers and gascookers. 5*.

Had a new boiler installed by BrightBurn Solutions LTD and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Usman was professional, punctual, and really knew his stuff. He explained everything clearly, completed the job to a high standard, and made sure the system was fully tested before leaving. The work area was left spotless and the heating is working perfectly. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable gas and heating services!

Can honestly say we are so impressed by this company and the brilliant engineer that completed the gas safety checks. From start to finish the service has been the best I’ve ever experienced, quick responses, quick lead times, constant updates, thorough gas check, friendly engineer who was very knowledgable. 10/10 service and I don’t ever say that lightly, 100% recommend thank you so much!
