Miles Taylor is an excellent electrician, who is a very careful and tidy worker and I felt I could trust in my home. I would strongly recommend his services for any electrical work needed. I had a new consumer unit and several light fittings and am very pleased with the results.

I would highly recommend. I searched for new electrician as the previous one we had called had to come back a couple of times in regard to issues the same area/switch. Myles replaced the whole shower Switch that isolated power rather than patching it up like the pervious guy. Myles arrived on the same day I messaged and managed to fit me in later that day mid afternoon. Myles replaced the whole unit with a more reliable version and made good the ceiling where filler was needed. Also went in to loft to secure new fixings. Explained that a wire was at fault so stripped back the wires. He demonstrated the issue (bubbling effect on wire casing and arching) and likely that it wasn’t tightened in place effectively. Also tidied up any plaster or cut wires dropped on floor with his hoover. He stated to call back if any issues. Needless to say, I would highly recommend.

I had a my consumer unit tipping a RCD via a MCB protecting a ring main. Initially at random over a period of several months until finally instantly leaving me with a circuit with no power or able to identifying any faulty appliance. Myles was able to quickly, systematically trace where fault was and rectify the circuit to restore the power appropriately. He was informative and courteous through out the task. I was very pleased with his work.
