I am emailing my father's knowledge about the situation he is in at the moment. He moved into a disablement bungalow at the beginning of the year and has had numerous issues. The energy supplier has refused for him to go to the company that he desires. There have been numerous complaints made. For the past three days he has been left without gas as he is being refused supply or to have the ability to change company by British Gas as there is a debt on the meter they are stating from last year from previous tenants of £91. They have stated that until this is paid, he is not having gas. Community Gateway has stated that it is not possible as new meters were put in before he moved in earlier this year. The gas supply's his hot water and heating. With his medical condition, he needs heating as he seizes from the cold and can not carry a hot kettle to the bathroom for a wash, never mind stand at one. Can you please help with this situation. I have had to state that I can not work tomorrow. I work within health and social care. Leaving me without pay as well. I am reporting British Gas for inflexions upon health and energy fraud. It should have an option for zero stars enforced to give one or can not rate them.

Well try to complain if you can about the driving standards of the so called "engineer's"...
Over one hour of phoning and got nowhere.
Used faceache in the end...
On the back of the "engineer's" van sign saying.... "gas safe" ....shame he ain't road safe...

Over estimated my bill by 10000kwh! Been holding on to my refund for a month. Appalling customer service and company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Customer service staff are unhelpful, regularly hang up and are unable to resolve the issue. They can’t put me through to anyone that can so we are stuck. -10 stars.

All I want to do is ask about getting pay as you go meters in OMG do they know how to make you waist your time. Not able to email either.
But they make it easy enough to pay them.
