Excellent service from Britwind. The engineers have kept me fully informed about the turbine and it has been running smoothly..when there is wind! If there is a problem, a solution is usually only a phone call away. My yearly turbine checks have sorted out issues before they became a problem.

We have a R9000 wind turbine and the guys consistently give excellent service and support. had an inverter issue over xmas and Richard (Field Ops Manager) was quick to respond and provide support. Would highly recommend.

Two years ago I could not get a response from the main office. In despair as a last resort, I had an engineer’s WhatsApp contact. Richard Boydell ,the engineer, gave an immediate response, gave me a new contact at Head Office and since that time they have given me constant attention and excellent service. It is comforting to have renewed the contact and have a very experienced and caring service at the end of one’s phone.

Looking for a wind turbine that's affordable then speak to this company. This company is not one that's here today, gone tomorrow like the majority of renewable companies. Since I've had my 3 Evance 5kw turbines from 2013 they have serviced them, due to the installer going out of renewables. I've never had issues with the company or the team. They can work in with you or just leave them to it. Accounts are fair and willing to look at costs. They are properly equipped and are efficient at servicing the turbines. I've been with them for a couple of the servicing visits and they are very thorough. The reviews I have seen for Britwind are at both ends of the scale and any negative reviews seem to be on the communication side, emails etc. On this front I have definitely not had an issue and would be surprised if I didn't get a response within 4hrs. Owner of 3 Evance r9000 turbines. Each generated over 102000kwh.
