Previous tenant. Bullied out of my home by tenancy manager just because she thought it was amusing to bully a disabled cancer victim. The tenancy manager before her ,Sam Edwards was fantastic and helped me but she left and a nasty woman called Angela took her place. Tried to report her bullying to Mr Harrison but he did not respond. Taken a while to build up a case and it is going to shock a lot of people. Avoid Broadoak. They abuse the disabled. It's called hate crime

I would like to thank Keiran and Steve from Broadoak for the Excellent work they did in installing my new Heating and Hot Water System in my Flat. They have done a fantastic job and everything is working well. Also to the 2 Electricians who also did a good job in installing the electrics. Keep up the good work Lads you were Brilliant 👍

Avoid at all costs!!!
Horrendous experience when having new central heating system fitted under the government scheme in my 93 year old Nan’s house.
After they had installed the new system my Nan went into her kitchen that evening to find water pouring through the ceiling, luckily her neighbour came and turned off the water before I could get there. The fault was the joint on the nearest hot water tap had burst.
Upon calling their installer he instantly identified that joint before I even said anything. He was on his way back from Stoke on Trent to Anglesey and said he would call by when he got back that evening, he didn’t come back until the next day so my nan was left without water or heating.
I spoke to his managers the next day and they also said it would be that joint as they had taken out a gravity fed system and put in a pressurised system and they are prone to failing, I asked why they don’t change that joint as a precaution and they just tried blaming the original plumber!!!! If they know this can be a potential problem why not just changed it.
Also by the morning half of my Nan’s kitchen ceiling had collapsed and luckily she wasn’t in their when it did but this all caused additional stress to my 93 year old Nan as her carpets where also considerably water damaged.
When talking to Broad Oak they showed no remorse for the trauma caused to my Nan during this experience although earlier in the week the installers happily took £20 off her so they could get a take away!!!!!!!!
They then offered to “patch up” her artexed ceiling but refused to entertain the carpets so I said I wanted to claim it all under their insurers. A process which took months as their insurers AXA, who were very good about everything, told us Broad Oak where stalling on paying their contribution and when it eventually came through it was too late to have the work carried out before Christmas so my poor Nan had to endure her wrecked kitchen during Christmas.
This has caused massive stress to my 93 year old Nan who wishes it was never carried out now and has also caused distress to my wife and myself seeing my Nan suffer.
I implore everyone to avoid having this company fit anything for you as in all my years I have never experienced anything like it and the after sales care is none existent to appalling!!!!
I will add some photos so you can see what my Nan suffered.
Also photos of their shoddy finishing with the pipework, my Nan has lived in her house since 1957 and this is the worst work carried out since then.

Not very happy with the guy who came to look at our loft cavity and wall instillation as when drilling holes in my outside walls to test for wall cavity he did not cement the holes back up. The holes penetrate deep into the external walls.

Avoid at any time. No communication with me or office and workers.They has been turning up without any appointments to do work leaving mess behind them. Poor quality of service.
They fitted faulty equipment leaving damage on the wall.
NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Initially contacted by Broad Oak to install a central heating system as part of the Government Eco scheme, the response was excellent as my mother qualified for the full grant (guess they just wanted the money) the guys installing the system were friendly and efficient and overall did an excellent job or so I thought until a leak appeared a week later. They were quick to send someone to fix the problem however they had to cut through the ceiling to repair the pipe saying that they would send someone to plaster the hole. I had no contact from them for several weeks so called to find out what was happening only to be told that they were not responsible as the leak occurred on an existing pipe, the only reason it leaked was that they applied mains pressure to it. My first reaction to this company was that it was really good and would have recommended it to anyone but now I wouldn't. Very disappointed.
