Unfortunately, my experience with this firm was not what I had hoped. There were serious communication issues throughout, and I felt key details were either misunderstood or not properly considered, despite providing information in advance.

I was given reassurances around cost and clarity, but those didn’t match how things played out. The tone and handling of a very sensitive matter felt overly clinical, with little regard for the emotional or human side of the situation.

Ultimately, I left feeling let down, not by the legal outcome itself, but by how the entire process was managed. I wouldn’t recommend for personal or emotionally complex matters.
