From initial contact with the office through to survey and final fit and commissioning of our system, it has been a real pleasure dealing with Brookfield Renewable.
We did experience some discrepancy in the final number of panels but this was dealt with professionally, with care and reflected in the final statement.
The installation team are faultless. Working quickly, efficiently and very cleanly too, especially inside the property.
Instructions on the system, installation and the availability of help was clearly explained even down to how to inform our energy provider of our system.

Genuinely a fantastic experience and a company who have the customer at the heart of what they do.

Exceptional Service From Brookfield Renewable Energies
I have to say at the start of this review that I have been looking to install solar power for sometime, I’ve had many quotes and countless surveys with representatives trying to hoodwink me into signing and committing myself, I am so glad that the latter were dismissed. I saw the advert for Brookfield Renewable Energies and decided to get a quote. I had a survey and for the first time No pressure was applied. I wanted the best system installed and I was quoted a price that I could not refuse. The fantastic thing about this company is that all of the trades ( scaffolding, electrical and installation) are provided from within the company so you don’t have to wait as all three trades are booked simultaneously. The scaffolding went up in super quick time and it was clear to see that they were very experienced, followed by the installation team, again super polite and clearly at the top of their game. The electrical installation went into my garage ( my request), and having OCD it was important to me that everything went in tidy and straight, thankfully the electrician was as keen as me and I’m absolutely over the moon. I wasted months looking for someone who could give me super value for money and to be able to install in good time, thank goodness I found Brookfield. If you are reading this review and are looking for the best then give Brookfield Renewables a call, I guarantee you will not find better. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this outstanding company. Thank you all so much. David in Boston.

I couldn't fault brookfield. I had 5 quotes, brookfield were the most competitive, but the reason i went with them was Ken. He was the most knowledgable rep i spoke to and was very responsive to my questions, providing advice that noone else had mentioned. He was really enthusiastic about solar and the company. The work itself was so easy. Scaffold arrived one day (they own their own scaffold rather subcontracting), installed the next day (finished by lunchtime), scaffold removed the following day. Couldn't have been easier. We had 14 panels and 3 batteries installed and have hardly paid anything for electricity since. Very happy, thanks brookfield.

From quote to installation they kept me updated to date and informed as I had many questions. Back office staff were great, calling 2 weeks before to agree dates and times as well as follow up calls once installed. Installation took half a day and producing power before they left. Panels have been installed over 6 months and have exceeded expectations. All certificates were included, as well as handling the DNO. Also included a 1 year inspection.

Having had a few quotes from various solar power companies we came across brookfield renewable energy and they gave us a quote for 4kw luxpower system and 14.4kw battery storage. We accepted as this was very competitive to other companies at the time. We have had ours since march 2021 they was friendly and efficient. We still use there after sales with them as a warranty package and service. Well worth it in case the unfortunate happens. We would definitely recommend brookfield renewable energy ? Cold calling, when i am TPS registered. Trying to influence me into having my solar panels ( not installed by this company ) serviced or checked by them. NO I DO NOT LEAVE US TPS REGISTERED PEOPLE ALONE.
