Hi, this is our second order, the first one went to the wrong house number 24.. not 34. Had to call there office, after 3 attempts , they admitted they got the wrong house. 3 days later it arrived. . Called last wednesday was told we get an email or call the day before. Perfect service.
But today after called them 3 times. Yes it's out for delivery. But no show again. CCTV showed no activation on the main gate
. Called there office at 16.00 to get sorry the depot is closed. And our tank is passed the tap as its been over 8 days.
So if you use Brown's. Give enough time. And if they don't deliver.. and don't call ya . Sorry but that's my last time. As I've had to leave the gate unlocked to the world. Never again. ..

I’ve used Browns of Burwell for a while now and they’ve always provided a fantastic service. When I ran completely out of oil they were able to deliver me some super quick. The drivers and staff are always really friendly and accommodating and their prices are very competitive. Willie was the driver on my last delivery and he did a great job. Would totally recommend Browns of Burwell. Thank you for a great service.

I have purchased my heating oil from Browns of Burrell since 2007, it’s easy to order and the staff are all very helpful. When I ordered the oil that was delivered today I was asked if I had any other quotes, I did, and Browns almost price matched it. The driver today was very courteous and left my garden in the same state that it was when he arrived, he left me the statement showing me all about my order, he was very polite and seemed genuinely interest in what he was doing. Browns are not always the cheapest but the ease of ordering and the staff’s attitudes go a long way in my mind and I tend to stick to a company that excels in its customer service which Browns do. Overall, very impressed with the service received from Browns and I shall continue ordering from them.

Always very friendly prompt efficient service, our usual driver Willie always has time for a quick friendly chat and is as tidy as you would want. We worked it out today and recon Willie has been delivering here for nearly 30 years. Thank you for the quality you bring to our street, the grandchildren will enjoy them.

Delighted to speak to an efficient person when I made my call. No recorded spiel about services, method of payment etc etc.There was no pressure to buy, she reserved my details in case l wanted to order. Delivery was within two days. Friendly, efficient, prompt service. The delivery driver went the extra mile to find my house, as I had forgotten to leave he house name visible for him. And an unexpected but very welcome box of chocolates on my doorstep! Will definitely use again

I have used browns since I have had oil heating, they are always polite, courteous, and helpful. The drivers are always cheerful, and nothing is too much trouble if I havnt made a clear run for the hose. I always have and will recommend browns. Keep up the good work. Also, forgot to mention my delivery man today was willie, who along with all the other drivers was cheery, (especially in these hard times )

This wasn't our first time, of using Browns of Burwell. Was expecting to wait longer under the circumstances, but arrived sooner. You could see the driver thoroughly enjoyed his job. Very good service. Will definitely use again.
