Was dealing with errors on my pc, when I reached out to Bubble IT the team was extremely helpful and reassuring that we can resolve the issue. Liam and the rest of the team were very professional and managed to run diagnostics to ensure PC working in perfect condition. Great communication, both on calls and updates. Would recommend their services anytime!

Bubble IT provided a great service when my laptop died. The laptop couldn't be salvaged but they did rescue my hard drive, provide me with a backup on a USB drive and ultimately transfer it onto a new laptop when I decided to purchase one from them. The old laptop was recycled and I am now back up and running with a great refurbished Dell. Everyone was helpful and efficient, explaining what they had done and giving me options on how to proceed.

My laptop had started lifting from the base, and I took it to a local company who tried to fix it, made it worse and gave it me back declaring it unfixable and advised I just left it open to avoid making it worse. At this point it was virtually unusable as it couldn't be moved easily as it couldn't be closed. I took it to Bubble IT on the off chance, and was delighted when they said that it just needed a new palm rest and I was happy with the price given. This was about ten days before going away when I really needed to use my laptop but I expected it to be sorted in a couple of days or so. It turned in to a bit of a nightmare as royal mail failed to deliver the part at a time when the company were open for several days, then declared it delivered when it wasn't, resulting in claims needing to be made etc. Dan and Liam did as much as they could at each point as quickly as they could and kept me informed at every stage of what was happening. In the end I went in just before closing and asked for my laptop back unfixed as my holiday was so close and it was my last chance to get in. It wasn't in a position to be returned as it had been stripped down waiting for the part. At this point it all seemed like nothing could be done and I was really getting quite stressed. Dan was absolutely brilliant and offered to temporarily glue down my laptop and for them to drop it off for me at home the next day and to lend me a refurbed laptop for my holiday in case this didn't work. I got a call from Dan two minutes after leaving the shop with the refurbed laptop to say the part had been delivered (you literally could not make this up!), so went back to return the refurb, and Dan and Liam offered to fit the part for me then and there even though it was after hours. I left with a fixed laptop 50 minutes after their closing time. Dan even checked out a couple of points where it wasn't sitting quite right, and took the base off to correct these, even though I don't think it was connected to the original issue. Things did go wrong, although out of bubble IT's control. But the measure of a good company is how they act when they do. They definitely went way above the call of duty, and were so kind to stay and sort the job out after closing time. I am very grateful and would thoroughly recommend them. I'm so pleased as well that their knowledge surpassed that of their competitor and that the laptop could be saved!

When my laptop developed a power fault and I needed it fixing quickly, the guys at BubbleIT really helped me out. Liam was very helpful in ordering parts and advising me of the options. Dan fixed the computer very quickly, and by using less parts than anticipated, the cost was a lot less than anticipated. Overall a five star service all round.

Fantastic service from Daniel. Installed SSD hard drive on my sons computer. Everything was explained. The price was very reasonable and it was ready within 30 minutes.

I visited Bubble IT a few months ago after my laptop got damaged when it dropped from a height. My laptop wouldn't turn on and it turned out that my HDD was corrupted. The staff at Bubble IT, especially Liam and Daniel, was extremely helpful and professional and were able to fix the laptop and install a new drive while managing to secure all my data.

They also happily changed my broken speaker and charging port in the same repair job so I didn't have to pay anything on top. I only had to pay for the new speakers and charging port. I also got a new charger for free!

I am very happy with the results. My laptop works even better now! Thank you to the whole team. My experience with Bubble IT has been great, they are a group of lovely people. I would recommend you to go to them if you live nearby and want to get your laptop/PC fixed.

Great experience on the phone and at the counter.
Needed possible warranty work on my printer, Epson ET8550. Just needed a pickup wheel adjustment, and the printer was home within 48 hours. Great service and friendly personal all around.
