The worse energy provider out there. Some and frequent highlights include:

- Being overcharged massively (8 times what it should be)
- Waiting months for refunds
- Spurious readings by a ‘meter reader’ which is massively off
- Grossly exaggerated estimates
- Incompetent customer service who simply have an apathy to resolving any issue
- Continuous hassle
- Still take money from your bank after you have left

Responding to Bulb’s comment: It’s great of you to reply 7 months later but a slow response is what expected with Bulb customer service. Charging someone 8 times their bill amount and not refunding them for months and you reckon Bulb aint that bad! I would urge you to improve your standards and the competence of your team rather than race to the bottom of the barrel!

And yes, the issue is now resolved as I moved supplier to an ethical, reliable and competent provider.
