Myself and my husband went to view cars in Arnold Clark Hillington, on arrival a young gentleman named Ryan said hello and held the the door open. We walked around the showroom looking at cars and when ready my Husband approached Ryan for some information, Ryan was polite proffesional and very knowlegeable.
We made a decision on which car to choose and Ryan handle it from start to finish, Ryan made the whole process so smooth and easy.
I would definitely recommend if your looking for a car go to this branch and ask for Ryan Murray, you will not be disappointed.

Started off great . Then fitters arrived after 6 weeks they ignored my request of where I wanted charger installed . Iv emailed several times but as of yet nothing how in earth was I ment to remove ring door bell to charge it apart from smashing it off what an engineer thought this looked ok Is beyond me

I had an exceptional experience with the customer service provided by sales executive/stock manager, Michael. His communication was excellent, and I appreciated the personalised service, as he followed up with me throughout the entire order and installation process. The installer fulfilled my request by hiding the cables in the hallway ceiling, and also ensuring that very little wiring was visible around the EV charger. I highly recommend Bumblebee EV!

Purchased a car through Arnold Clarke 4 weeks ago and they recommended bumblebee with a discounted price on an EV charger. However, I’ve had 2 calls booked over the 4 weeks and both times I’ve received no phone call. I had to take it upon myself to ring them, once I spoke to them they were really cooperative over the phone and told me to send some videos of my house and where I wanted the charger installed via WhatsApp. Still received no confirmation of an install date or a reply to the videos I’ve sent. Really poor.

Very fast and efficient instalation. With having a few questions on phoning and dealing with Denise, who is an asset to the company in such a friendly manner. She assured us no question was silly, and that's what they were there for was to help customers. In receiving a courtesy call from Denise later on in the evening to make sure everything was sorted, I was very impressed 😀 keep up the good work

Initial contact was positive (though a little over enthusiastic to get the installation done before i'd made a decision.....they emailed and called "regularly"), but after care is awful.

Luckily, I've been reasonably trouble free with the Wallbox charger, but in November, it started going into "fault mode" on an almost daily basis. Charger still had 6 months warranty left on it, so contacted Bumblebee. The guy i spoke with said he would call me back within 24hrs. He didn't. Called again ..... amazingly ... same thing. So, on the 3rd occasion, I was told "yeah....wallbox are useless....we don't use them any more". I was told they'd replace the box with a better manufacturer's unit. No issue from me. Week later.....no installation date. Called again to be told "we'll actually give you a refurbished wallbox unit (the useless company) but "don't update the software!". Then .....when i had no update from on this......I was told again a new one was being sent out. It was "on the desk in front of me" according to the customer service rep. I was to call them when it arrived so they could arrange the installation. 3 weeks later....when it hadn't arrived and i called them, they insisted they didn't let me know because I was supposed to ring them! But it was aparantly rejected by the "seniors of the seniors"
So.....here we are 6 months down the line and the box is now out of warranty with the same issue unresolved. Their solution is they will now supply me with a box but they want to charge me £150 to have it installed.

My advice is to go somewhere else for your EV charger.

Recently bought an electric car with Arnold Clark and was put in contact with Bumblee. Spoke with Anna Yung who was fantastic, she took the time to go over the products and explain the install. She stayed in contact and kept me up to date with the install process, which took about 2 weeks total. Great company and service, would recommend to anymore looking for a charger at a good price.

I bought an electric car from arnold clark last month which came with an offer of a home car charger and installation for £529. Following the purchase I was promptly contacted by Mark Hannah who helped discuss the product, my property and fitting, the payment as well as then booking the installation. The whole process was made effortless and seamless by him. It was all done within a couple of hours and the entire process arranged within a week. The product is perfect and great quality. Would definitely recommend them, amazing service and products! Great company!
