I truly appreciate the incredible support I've received from your organization. I genuinely wish the NHS operated with the same efficiency as Bupa.

For the past five years, I've been struggling with health anxiety related to my stomach and persistent acid reflux, which made it difficult to access necessary healthcare through the NHS. However, I was fortunate to join a new company in 2024 that offers Bupa insurance for its employees.

With Bupa's assistance, I've finally had the opportunity to undergo a health check, and I'm hopeful that we can uncover the root of my concerns. Additionally, I've been dealing with back pain since 2022, and thanks to Bupa, I've been able to access physiotherapy that has significantly improved my quality of life. I truly can't thank you enough for this support.

The technology is not working for this company.. Went for an annual check up, they have a thing called Bupa Me that doesn't work. Email saying report exists no report. Phone them no reply. I can only imagine how bad it would be if I actually had an ailment

Amazing digital services with virtual gp appointments available as part of the medical service. You can get these appointments within 12 hours notice which is impressive.

Also love the new wellbeing section within the app. Particularly like the meditation classes and aerobics classes.

Well done bupa!

I went to see a Bupa dentist and put my trust in him because they’re a well-known brand. It turned out to be the most horrifying experience where my enamel was “accidentally” damaged on 6 teeth by a doctor who had tried very hard to persuade me to let him file down my teeth which I refused multiple times. The nurse had her back turned to me during the entire appointment, I’d never seen a nurse act like that.

Bupa refused to investigate the case, the reason being that their doctors are self-employed. Well, I trusted this doctor because he puts your brand under his name and I thought that meant some basic quality or at the very least safety? Clearly not.

worst decision ever to have this insurance. Its supposed to help our health ...but the contract I have is misleading. I have never ever in my life had this experience!!! in the chat this lady named Ma. Jennifer is completely ignoring my message . I needed the auth code for my daughter 5 years as she needed to see a cardiologist after she has seen a BUPA pedritician and he said she needs to see a cardio. NOW THEY SAY THAT AGAIN I NEED TO SEND A QUESTIONNAIRE FORM TO THE USELESS INCOMPETENT GP TO FILL IT OUT AND SENT IT TO ME AFTER 6 WEEKS..and THEN WAITING AGAIN SOME WEEKS AFTER BUPA HAS THE GRACE TO SEND ME THE CODE.!!!!!

THIS INSURANCE IS EXTREMELY USELESS AND REFUSING THEIR WORK!!!!!!! SINCE I NEED TO CONTACT THEM ALL THE TIME MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS HIGH AND MY MENTAL HEALTH ISSUE IS VERY SURRFERING.

DONT THING ABOUT IT!!!!!!

**DO NOT TRUST THEM** QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY & FULL OF EXCUSES/EXCLUSIONS WHEN YOU NEED TO CLAIM. ALWAYS DECLINING STUFF AND PASSING BACK-FORTH FROM INCOMPETENT DEPARTMENT TO INCOMPETENT DEPARTMENT. EVERYTHING IS AN ADD-ON COST AND THEY’LL GIVE YOU MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES THEMSELVES!!! THEY’LL TELL YOU OFF FOR NOT READING A 100PAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS DOC AND KNOWING IT BACK TO FRONT. They are really manipulative scum

The team is WORKSHY & their telephone voice system is also CHEAP and awful!

After this experience I now understand Luigi Mangone in the USA 🙌

I went to work at the coffee shop there and this old Italian lady was horrible towards me. From the moment she saw me she looked down on me because I had braids in my hair and a piercing. She said that I was probably a lazy worker but never even tried to see if I knew how to work. I had no choice but to think that it was because of my skin colour. I asked the manager if he ever had any complaints about this woman but he was too much of a 🐈‍⬛ to answer the question honestly. Never work here.

Was with BUPA for 35 years, got into financial trouble, no help from them. Policy lapsed. Took out new policy went through a long conversation with underwriting, yes there were exclusions, fair enough. Six months into the policy, GP suggested I went to see a Cardiologist. Phoned BUPA, told that I have to be sent a medical form to my GP, fill it out, send it back, then they will consider whether to cover it. This was not mentioned in any conversation during new policy and it was not an exclusion. IT'S CARDIAC! Complaint made, no more than 4 days, 2 weeks later, letter telling me the complaint was going to be looked into. 2 weeks after this I called for an update. BUPA said, still waiting to be assigned to a call listener. Would not put policy on hold (No payments given by me) whilst they looked into the complaint. Disgusting behaviour, legal action needs to be taken against BUPA to put them in there place.
Go to AXA ppp, much more honest and upfront.
PLEASE, do not trust BUPA.
