My McLaren had a weak battery, I was stuck on the side of the road. This company called to let me know they were on the way, received a text saying how far away they were. Andrew was Very professional and helpful. He made sure we were in a safe place to load my car, covered my wheels to prevent them from getting scratched, took photos, had a check list to make sure the company had everything (keys) and information. As a woman being stuck on the side of the road it was very comforting to know I could rely on them. Thank you so much for taking great care of me.

My daughter’s car broke down due to overheating. James came out to assess the vehicle, he showed us some of the signs that the water pump likely needs to be replaced. He rescued the vehicle and took it to our chosen garage. James was very helpful and polite.

I was stranded 2.5hrs from home on a Sunday and Burke Brothers not only accepted the job when other companies hadn't, but they got their driver James on shift early to come and get me. He was polite, friendly, professional and importantly, careful with my car! I recommend this company if you are stuck and need a reliable service.

Broke down on the M54 and was there for over an hour waiting to be recovered. Had a lovely driver, Joe i think, recover me to the yard, very pleasant and easy to talk to. Unfortunately I was left at the yard with zero interaction for nearly 2 hours. I didn't know what was going on, no one spoke to me, I didn't know where the reception was or the toilet. In the end I used the toilet of a neighbouring business and asked them for help. They told me where the recovery office was and I went to speak to them. They were very nice when I spoke to them, I just don't understand why they left me on my own for so long.
Another driver, Eden, eventually arrived and recovered me home. From breakdown to home took just under 10 hours, the journey is 2.5 hours!
I have to say though Eden was the best recovery driver I've ever met, what a genuinely, lovely, bloke. Felt safe and comfortable with him which was a relief after being stranded on the side of the motorway and at the yard so long. He couldn't have been nicer and couldn't have done more for me, thoroughly, decent, guy.
