Our electric oven stopped heating up so I contacted Busy Bee who responded promptly and explained next steps. Sonny came out a time which was convenient for me. He is clearly experienced and easily diagnosed the fault and replaced the part which he had in the van. He kept me informed of the checks he was doing, he took his time and ensured the oven was in working order. He cleaned parts of the oven which are not accessible as well as around his work area. The repair saved me the cost of a new oven. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and use Busy Bee again in future.

Great service from the moment I called the office to when Sunny arrived the following day to fix the issue. I cannot recommend this company enough. The fault was quickly discovered and was told that a fix could be put in place to avoid ordering and paying for a new part which saved me over £180. Sonny was called out to advise us on our Smeg cooker as the small oven has not worked since we moved in (previous owners told us it had never worked!) Sonny was incredibly professional and honest - fantastic service as he gave us various options in case his incline was wrong. It wasn't! Sonny did an amazing job! He's not only fixed the original issue but also checked over our tumble dryer and identified additional issues which he also fixed. We now have a fully functioning temble dryer finally! Thank you so much Sonny, we will defo be continuing to call Sonny for all appliance issues. Sony arrived to sort out my dish washer, talked me through all he did and although he could not repair it, he was able to source me a new one and fit it the same day. Brilliant thank you, would definitely recommend him.
