Adrian and team have been absolutely top notch from day one. We had a heat pump installed in a large house with no existing wet central heating system. Adrian managed the whole experience from start to finish, he was available seeming day and night to answer our endless list of questions!

The various trades that came to complete the install were all very professional. We had 19 radiators fitted which took hundreds of metres of olumbing. The lads cleaned up at the end of every day so we could still live in the house whilst the install was taking place.

The system itself has worked a treat since. The difference it has made to our house can not be underestimated.

Adrian obviously takes great pride in his work. His aftercare has been brilliant too, nothing is too much trouble. I had a recent accident drilling through a water pipe and Adrian talked us through resetting the system at length and called in the next day just to check things were to working as designed.

I would highly recommend Adrian and team, thanks for everything guys.

Excellent service from Busy Energy.
I've called on Busy Energy twice now, once for a service of our Air Source Heat Pump and second for a leak in the external pipework which occurred whilst some property maintenance work was being carried out.

We had the Air source Heat Pump serviced last June 2023 after buying the property in December 2022. The system had never been serviced since it was installed in 2017. Adrian was very thorough and explained to me how the system worked as I was new to heat pump central heating.
As we were making alterations to some rooms at the time he also provided a heat loss calculation, free of charge, so we could obtain the correct size radiators.

Whilst carrying out work on the house walls a leak developed on the external pipework. Adrian gave helpful advice until he could come out and repair the pipework. On the first opportunity Adrian came and repaired the leak and also provided some extra pipework to extend the pressure release pipe to protect the wall of the house from any stains. Adrian followed up with some instructions of how to operate the emersion heater in case of issues with the heating system.

Genuinely overwhelmed by the quality of service these guys delivered.

We have a very old heat pump, that due to a range of errors was discontinued not long after fitting. A few weeks ago we found ourselves without heating or hot water and having tried everything in the manual, we had no idea what to do about it.

We reached out to our usual engineers and heard nothing. So desperate for a warm
shower, we searched locally - lots of people said they wouldn’t even touch our system, but Busy Energy were here almost immediately. They couldn’t guarantee an answer, but they’d try their best to help us, and there was no fee - as they won’t charge for what they can’t fix.

We were truly overwhelmed. Over 2 hours on a Friday evening, we had the entire system explained to us in a way we never had before. We received advice and tips beyond what we expected. Including ‘if this was me I’d do ‘xxx’, because the part only costs (x) and it’s easy’ etc.

Even after the appointment, they followed up with all sorts of extra information and guidance, and were very willing to help source parts or get in touch with the original manufacturers for us. They made what was a really stressful time feel manageable.

It was truly just old fashioned, kind, people focused, customer service. They simply look for solutions. They would not and have not accepted a penny, nor a beer or a donation - even though we have tried!

They just asked for an honest review. So here it is.

We cannot recommend this company highly enough. They know their stuff, and they care.

Unrivalled Expertise!

This should be the easiest review to write but I am finding it really hard to put into words the invaluable service that I received. Adrian is the most professional, knowledgeable and honest tradesman I have come across. This has been an incredibly stressful time for us - a family of four with no heating or water, but Adrian surpassed all aspect of his role, or what could ever be expected of him. His core values and belief in what he does is very evident from his interactions and the level of effort he has put into every visit. It was not an easy job, but Adrian did not give up - where others most likely would have. Adrian, I know I have thanked you a million times, but you have saved us so much stress, time and money - thank you for reviving my belief in trades people. A simple call,txt or email to Adrian and the team will open up honest, informed advice. This is always followed up with the highest customer service....
