Recently had the boiler breakdown. They came out quickly came and diagnosed the fault and subsequently repaired it quickly with new part. Have used Buxton for years with servicing and would recommend. Good service and fair pricing.

We've been using Buxton for boiler servicing for several years and they've always been quick, efficient and communicated well about when they can get to me, etc.

Just recently we had a leak repaired by them too. Given it required draining pipes so they could work on it and then getting everything back up and running afterwards, I couldn't believe how quickly it was all done.

Just great to have someone reliable to call, especially for something like plumbing which shouldn't be touched unless you know what you are doing.

Not often you can recommend trades people these days - our experience recently of roofers and plumbers not even getting back to you with a quote for a job has happened multiple times. However, Buxton Heating delivered where others have failed, providing a fast inspection, quote and installation of a new hot water cylinder on a Sunday. High quality work at a very reasonable price. Buxton stripped out our old oil boiler, rerouted pipework to install a Worcester gas boiler in a new location, and commissioned the system. They took time to understand our needs, optimised the positioning of the new system and connections and installed new pipework. The quality of work is excellent, the onsite team (Sean and Scotty) were really professional and charming. The system works perfectly, and was installed quicker than expected.

Adrian and Scott spent a full day ensuring everything was done correctly and now we have a warm and cosy house again!
