Such a bad company to purchase machinery of. When there's any form of issue they immediately refuse any servicemen any form of information. We have had a baler of them for over 3 years refused us any technical information. Purchased the 2019 machine and within 9 months it was broken. The £35k machine just sits there gathering rust
