I initially considered another company to install our solar panels and battery but felt unsatisfied with their recommendations regarding the number of panels. A neighbor highly recommended C2 Renewable Solutions, and I'm so glad they did!

After reaching out to C2, Scott visited our home and suggested we could easily double the number of panels initially recommended by the first company. I decided to switch to C2 at the last minute, and I have no regrets.

The installation process was quick and efficient. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and addressed a few minor issues on the second day without any hassle. Now, it feels like we have a mini power station on our roof, and the results are simply amazing.

I had done some shopping around and then I was recommended C2, I found dealing with them very easy, my project was made complex by the home builder, and two other companies all trying to tie in together, but C2 made it work, we had a couple of options on the day around the amount t of panels, to which C2 communicated this, and were so accommodating. The new in roof system looks great, both their roofers and electricians were professional and polite. Always discussing options, and doing the work how I wanted and not just the easy way. As such we have cables run through the walls rather than down the outside.
Having shopped around C2 were competitively priced which was a bonus, and open to all options the house builders were throwing up.

We are already seeing saving having been using over £2.50 per day this dropped to £0.46.

Only downside is the time it takes to set up the export tariff as in one weekend we would have made £6 but that’s out of C2’s hands.

I would recommend them and will be using them again when I need batteries and EV charging points.

They always answer the phone, most companies in this industry do not. The staff are helpful and know what they are doing. Next minute they are on google and have a picture of your roof and determine what will fit on there. They took time to fit solar panels symmetrically so they looked better. I had all the electrical work checked out afterwards by a qualified friend who confirmed it was all done to a very high standard. All the cables had plastic trunking and it was very neat.
The scaffolding was done correctly and only up for time required.
The rails that the solar panels lie on, had end caps fitted, most companies do not bother with this.
When dealing with contractors, it can be hard work, however everything went very smoothly with this job.

24 PV panels installed with GivEnergy All in One battery and Gateway. Great service and install from Scott, Ross and the team from initial visit through to install and commissioning. They liaised with the electricity distribution network operator (DNO) to obtain the export limit and optimally designed the system to suit. We changed the location of the gateway mid-install and C2 were flexible and accommodating of this. I would highly recommend C2 renewables.

I’m quite astonished by the amount of 5-star reviews.
After installation the communication has been utterly diabolical. No one returns calls, or gives answers or replies to emails.
We have had to pay a third party to fix issues left by Scott and Ross.
Really poor service, especially for an NHS GP Surgery.

After a colleague's recommendation, and after reading other Google reviews, I decided on C2, and I wasn't disappointed with the work or the price.
From initial contact through to handover, I can't really fault C2.
Scott's survey was all about equipping me with the best fit for my house; Anabel's knowledge, understanding, patience and communications were top notch; and Courtney fired over the relevant paperwork and emails extremely efficiently.
Adam and Rob the electricians worked well in the freezing temperatures, as did the two Jacks fitting the panels on the roofs. All were polite and friendly.
If the panels fall off the roofs and the inverter and battery fail in the next few weeks, I might change this review, but C2 are definitely worth the five stars in my opinion?

We are absolutely delighted with our experience of solar panel installation by C2 Renewable Solutions. Everybody was so helpful from the first time we called the office to the completion of the installation. They were very flexible, and we were able to tweak the design up to the moment Scott actually began the installation. The cost was reasonable and everything is working well, showing a significant reduction in our fuel bills already. A very professional job and we thoroughly recommend them.
