Booked a wheelchair taxi to take my elderly mother to an appointment . The service was great from making the booking , to returning home. M (our driver) arrived promptly , was patient and courteous, treated us very professionally, and the ride was clean, and comfortable for all. We would definitely use this company again in the future, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for this kind of service. 10/10👍

I started to use Cabability for journeys to and from work, I was granted funding through Access to Work, having a new spinal cord injury, I have never used any such service and was really anxious about what sort of driver might turn up for my 1st journey.
My initial anxiety vanished when Chris, one of their drivers, arrived for my journey to work. His warm smile and upbeat personality immediately put me at ease, making the experience comfortable and stress-free, even better when he told me that he would be my regular driver.
I highly recommend Cabability and commend Chris for his exceptional service and genuine care for passengers.

The taxi was booked a few weeks inadvance and paid for. It was for the potters half marathon In memory of a service user that passed away. The driver was due to collect at 8am giving us 30 minutes to get to the start. The company we made aware of the Importance of the times and booking. We are working with a brain Injury charity and were due to meet others there doing the race as a team. The driver turned up 27 minutes late. We were late to start the event and the team left without us. This was very disappointing. I called twice to chase up the driver and was told he was putting fuel in. The service after that and on the way home was excellent. Very stressful and disappointing to start with.
