Outstanding Service
Our boiler stopped working on December 25th, and finding help on a holiday seemed nearly impossible. However, Asad Shah went above and beyond, arriving promptly and taking his time to resolve the issue instead He was incredibly polite, professional,to make things even better, he called his colleague Paul Rossiter, who, despite finishing his shift and heading home, insisted on coming over with the spare part we needed. Thanks to their dedication, we had hot water and heating again on a freezing day.

Suspect leak from central heating boiler, I was sent to hospital for check up, I'm nearly 80 and live alone and got very upset as. gas had to be disconnected, but I will never beable to thank enough all the staff office/engineers etc. for getting everything tested and heating back on for me, thank you all.

I first had a rep visit our bungalow last june saying that their replacing our gas pipes in the street at the end of July 2020. It was Nov when they finally arrived. According to the letter they sent the work was for 2 weeks so far its been 3 months and still work is being done. I have seen 🐌 snails crawl faster than these workmen. My biggest concern is they have dug up the area around my front door and because i can't get around this obstruction i cannot put out my refuse to be collected by the local council. I first contacted the customer service two days ago. The next day two workmen arrived and did nothing maybe laying down 5 slabs was too much for them. I contacted tbe customer service again and i am still any the wiser to when the work will be done. Update.. One of their gas experts noticed that the gas meter they installed outside that the pipes hasn't got a earth wire connection. So their gas expert wanted us to contact the council to complete the job that they missed. This botched job could cause us to have our gas discounted until the work is carried out. Double shame on you cadent.
Update These 🀠 Cowboys shouldn't be a loud to operate they leave awake of disasters and problems to people's houses 🏘 that they have done work for.

Excellent service from start to finish. They came out within the hour. Staff were amazing - talked me through what they were going to do etc. Our gas was off for 2 days due to a gas leak and we received food vouchers and a hamper to apologise for the inconvenience. Thank you to all the staff/engineers that attended especially Rich.

Appalling service. Our gas meter had to be moved (not at our request), it was moved behind a door which consequently does not open fully & bangs the meter when it is opened. We are now on day 3 of waiting in for someone to come and move it despite being assured every day that it will be sorted. We have had no correspondence regarding this, every day I have had to call to find out what's happening only to be told it will be the next day. Terrible service
