We’ve use Len a couple of times and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. We had to remove our radiators for decorating work and then later have them put on, as well as installing a new radiator and balancing the system. Clear communication, good availability and most importantly great work.

I have recently moved to Scotland and needed to have the boiler serviced as the pressure kept dropping unexpectedly. Len was very helpful when I initially called, despite the fact that he was on holiday at the time he was happy to talk me through how to get the boiler pressure back up. As promised, Len called me to arrange the boiler service. However, on the day of the service the boiler completely stopped working. Len was brilliant in sourcing a new boiler for us and was back early the next day to install it.
During the installation of the boiler I discovered a leak in the upstairs bathroom, Len was happy to take a look and brought John around the next day to have a look. Not only did they completely transform my bathroom, they completed everything within two days!! Len and John have now got a loyal customer for life, I would not hesitate to use their services in the future and will be in touch to have a new kitchen fitted by them. I would happily recommend Caledonian Gas Services to everyone.

Great service and reasonable prices - Len came out to sort a gas leak which had been detected when we were getting a smart meter fitted. He was very friendly and professional and kept us informed the whole way - would definitely use Len's services again.

We needed a radiator replaced in the bathroom.
We were chasing other plumbers from October 2024 to December 2024, when we decided to contact Lenny. Lenny replied immediately and accepted the job, when the rest didn't even respond. We didn't have to do anything, as Lenny bought and fit the radiator.
Lenny is very professional, friendly and clean. He is keeping his working area clean at all times. He is very respectful. Without us asking, he took off his boots to get into the rest of house to turn off the valves of the radiator.
We will contact Lenny for any issues in the future for sure and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lenny to anyone.
When Lenny arrived and saw that the pipes were short he let us know from the start that we might end up in a totally different situation. He was clear from the very beginning that it might not end up being a simple radiator replacement.
Thankfully, Lenny managed to replace the radiator without any issues and made sure that ir was working properly before he left.

Len from Caledonian Gas Services attended are home very quickly when we had a boiler leak resulting in no heating and hot water. Efficient service over 2 days and 3 visits where he isolated and located the issue and rectified with minimum fuss. Great communications to explain the issue, reasonable price and great clear up job afterwards. Highly recommended.

Caledonian Gas have been out a few times now to service our boiler, fit a radiator and to
drain the system, refill and add inhibitor.
Len is quick to reply to messages, punctual, very knowledgable and does a great job. I’d highly recommend him.
