Incredibly friendly staff both at the front desk and those doing the estimates, etc. John called me a few times to give me updates about my car - not too often but just enough to keep me informed. His estimated date of completion was spot on and I was thrilled to see my car got a wonderful clean - such a nice surprise! (sorry to the people who had to vacuum up all of that dog hair...). Hopefully I won't need to come back, but if I do I know I'll be coming back to this location!

We had our car repaired at the location on Sandy Lewis Dr in Burke/Fairfax. Our Rep, Brian P, was simply outstanding. He explained everything thoroughly, made sure our schedule was accommodated, kept us apprised, was very professional & polite, & ensured all work was done expertly. And he went the extra mile to ensure our Rear Windshield was installed properly. We are very happy with Caliber - Brian is an excellent representative of your Company. We might add that Jordan, who staffs the Front Desk, was very helpful, positive, & competent.

Caliber Collision was amazing.

They were knowledgeable and responsive any time I communicated with them. They provided real time answers and updates on my vehicle. The desk staff was kind and patient when I would ask questions or call repeatedly with other needs. It was helpful that they set up transportation to my rental car location and took responsibility of bringing the car back for me. I hope I never have to go back, but if I do, I will return to this location!

My insurance company sent me to another Caliber nearby in Fairfax who said it would take 3 weeks to have my car repaired. I decided to take it to this location because I live closer. Not only did they deliver my car to me looking better than it did before the accident, but they completed the work in 6 days. Great job done fast!!!

Excellent experience at Caliber. Natea walked us through the process, provided quotes and timelines, and went above and beyond looking for after market parts when the original parts were back ordered. Communication was timely and clear. Caliber was more affordable and quicker than the dealership. Jordan was polite, friendly, and professional and seemed to manage the front desk very well.
