The driver's are very polite and reasonable on time they also send you a text 2 you when they get 2 your door plus all drive in a really good/safe manner!! The car's are all fairly new-ish an VERY very clean inside and out. So it's been a 5 star service for me!! My dislikes are (none) there's room for improvements 2 any business so please keep that in mind. THANKS

I am posting on behalf of my elderly dad William. He was picked up from his home in Droylsden this morning (16/09) to attend an appointment at the MRI. He uses a stick and suffers from Parkinsons, and is unsteady on his feet. He has informed me he struggled to get in the taxi and got no help from the driver. Once in the taxi he could not fasten his seat belt. He advised the driver who completely ignored him and had to travel without it fastened. On arrival at the hospital he was struggling to get out of the taxi and had to rely on a member of the public to assist him as the driver just sat there and did nothing. It's outrageous that an 87 year old man was left upset and in a state prior to his appointment.

I had my life saved by call a car today.Because I was stranded in the bus strike, carrying my cat back from the vet, an elderly lady with a replacement hip, and it was very, very difficult.They turned up within five minutes , and were excellent .ty driver 7 for saving my life and 1 of my cat's lives.
