There was a delay in part of the delivery but the reason I have still given 5 stars is that I was kept fully informed and the delayed part arrived when they said it would. I was also given the option to change or cancel the whole order.

Easy ordering process recieved a follow up call to suggest changes to my order as some of the items were not compatible which saved me time and wasted money buying something i didnt need...everything arrived quickly but the dpd driver damaged one of the solar panels which even though was well protected and marked fragile was clearly not handled properly by the driver .. contacted Callidus who made arrangements for a replacement next day... great customer service definitely recommend...
