Nick of Gas365 came out to repair my faulty combi boiler (no hot water) and he very quickly identified the problem. Nipped up the road to get the part, came back, fitted it, job's a goodun! I will definitely be using Gas365 again for all boiler related issues and annual services. Cannot rate Nick highly enough and will recommend to all my friends and family. Great work Nick!

Gas 365 have come to the rescue for me and my house mate twice in the last 6 weeks. Our boiler went down and then our shower did. Nick responded to us immediately and did an outstanding job on both occasions. Nick was extremely professional throughout the whole process and explained each step of what he was doing and why he needed to do something. Best plumber ever! Nick replied to my query very quickly and let me know what to do with the boiler over the weekend (he had actually fixed a previous boiler emergency over the phone on New Year's Day!) He arrived promptly on Monday morning, fixed the problem and explained what had gone wrong. He was courteous and tidy, and I just received a very reasonable invoice. Highly recommended!

I've been using Nick now for the last three years for my annual boiler service (and Megaflo cylinder). Incredibly polite, and explains everything clearly when asked questions. Nick has always been clean and tidy with his work, and especially at this time he wore a mask and used anti-bac wipes on the surfaces. I highly recommend Nick!
