I had a terrible experience at this store and felt completely let down by the service. I visited to purchase a 220V to 12V transformer, which is a basic electrical item, yet the salesperson claimed he had no idea what I was asking for. Not only did he lack the knowledge, but his behavior was also shockingly rude and unprofessional. He didn’t make any effort to assist or suggest alternatives, nor did he even try to understand my needs.

What made matters worse was his attitude—he didn’t smile, showed no respect, and made me feel like I was wasting his time. It was clear he didn’t care about customers or their experience.

I left the store feeling frustrated and disrespected. A shop that deals with customers should hire staff who are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. This salesperson lacked all of these qualities. I would not recommend this store to anyone .
