CJ came out when he said he would, on a Sunday(!), and replaced my alternator and changed my oil. So happy with his services. Have recommended him numerous times.

CJ was beyond amazing! Answered my call right away, told me the time he’d arrive by me and was there- within 25 min. He was professional, kind and honest and really went above and beyond to find that I did in fact have a spare tire, changed it and really reasonable. Gave me recommendations for the tire shop that would give me an honest good deal. So grateful- everyone else k spoke to said they couldn’t come for another day or two at least - ! I’m so grateful the whole thing took not more than an hour !

CJ was awesome and extremely polite. I called early in the morning and he called me back with what kind of battery I needed. He was at my apartment shortly after and before I knew it the installation was done! I would recommend this company to anybody that needs a good car battery asap!

I called them a couple nights ago because the braking power on my Hyundai Elantra was critically low. The man who answered said he could help and to drive my car to work and they would work on it there. Even though I knew it wasn’t a good idea to drive it there I did. They said text them the make and model and where it will be located. I gave them the exact location of the car, expecting them to get there that morning to work on the car. I texted and called them a couple times throughout the day to see if they made it to my work. NEVER responded. NO call/text or any kind of follow up. My car as never worked and haven’t heard from them since. Terrible service.

I’ve had car issues for several days, today i woke up with car BLUES. I had things to do, however, afraid to drive with a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT; i called the very best mobile service and with in (3) hours i was a very happy customer. I had the best service ever, you guys are my forever (24 hour) mobile provider. I highly recommend, thanks guys.

These people are the worst I call an ask fo a 10 minute job to replace a solenoid that went bad on my engine I give them the money to get the part for me and they don’t reach back out to me in days every time I call no answer no text back. I GAVE YOU MY MONEY IM TRUSTING YOU TO DO THE RIGHT THING. Why can I not get a call back or a text and I’m not the only one this is happening too from them it’s insane. I’m at point to where I feel like calling the police and suing for the trouble I’m going through dealing with these people this is something I completely didn’t expect. I had an appointment scheduled with them at 9 am I called out of work they never showed no call no text meanwhile I’m blowing them up trying to get answers it absolutely ridiculous. All I needed was a simple vvt swap and I’m going through so much!! Ridiculous I’d rather pay twice as much for good service than have to deal with this. And at the time I’m writing this I still haven’t been reached out too it’s been 3 days NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS

Blown away by their service. Same day installation of my alternator. Even picked me up from work so that I wouldn't have to pay uber. Would be using their service again for sure ? don't think about it. You will be satisfied. Service is everything. Excellent company.
