Cardinal have helped navigate a complicated and time consuming aspect of the Council's finances, with utilities representing a significant proportion of our annual expenditure. Our contracts are now aligned, green, cost efficient and we have had a large refund as a result of mis-billing which Cardinal picked up on our behalf and negotiated. Highly recommend.

The whole process of getting quotes for un-metered electricity supply for streetlighting and then moving two of my councils via Cardinal was seamless and professional from start to finish.

I believed that our tariffs were extremely expensive when, by chance, Cardinal called. I explained my wish to change supplier and very soon Cardinal supplied a number of alternative deals all of which appeared vastly superior to our current one. We have actually remained with our regular supplier but at a greatly reduced rate.
Jack then informed me that he was negotiating with our supplier in an attempt to receive a reduction on previously paid invoices. This surprised me but, in a few weeks, I was presented with a credit note for several thousand pounds. As I never thought this was remotely possible, the outcome prompted a great deal of joy in our company. Jack, you were a star and any company who acquires your negotiation skills is very lucky indeed
