Great experience, excellent selection of mobility scooters. Jude discussed and showed us various options and I was able to try different scooters. Now have had a Li-tech plus delivered and find it easy and comfortable, also I am more confident on it than I expected. Certainly a 5 star deal!

I visited CareCo Bournemouth with my husband and Dad.
We purchased an electric wheelchair and armchair for my Dad.
Tim was fantastic. He was wonderful with my Dad. Very knowledgeable about the products and explained everything very well. We weren't rushed and felt very welcome there. We were very happy and will certainly recommend you. The other gentleman in the showroom was very friendly too but unfortunately I haven't got his name. Thank you very much for all your help.

My shopping experience here was amazing! Shane was very kind and very knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and my budget concerns. A cup of tea and biscuits were a bonus as I tested out my chair. Great service.

We visited to get a lightweight wheelchair for my dad.
Tim was very helpful. We tried a few wheelchairs , that needed to be lightweight and comfortable ..
We were able to try a few chairs that my dad sat in and my mum could push. And able to lift it in and and the car.
There was no rush with trying the chairs. Came away with one, might go back to get. few more things in the future

Very good experience in the store in Bournemouth. Tim helped us trial a few wheelchairs and we found a great one to take on holiday for our daughter who only needs it temporarily. Good value & helpful advice too.

I was totally blown away with this store and the staff. Shane was an absolute joy to work with and he did not push us for a sale or stear us towards more expensive scooter. I am very happy with my purchases and will be recommending others to visit the store.

Took my mum to choose a mobility scooter at CareCo and never knew it could be so much fun! Jude gave us amazing service and was so knowledgeable. We all tried out the scooters and went outside to give my mum a 'driving test'. Thanks Jude for allowing us to make the experience fun for my mum, who has just given up driving and said goodbye to her car. She is now excited about getting her new scooter!
