we Bought a Carron Quantum Square bath ans Carron Quantum shower screen, after 2 years the hinge failed on the screen and it almost fell off, i contacted Carron and they sent a new one, i am most surprised they are plastic as the screen is very heavy. A year later the hinge failed again and this time the screen fell onto the bath puncturing a big hole, goodness knows what would have happened 5 minutes later when my 2 children would have been in the bath, i contacted Carron to tell them about this and they have not bothered to answer.

We purchased a Celsius 18 whirlpool bath when refurbishing our house 9 years ago. Since installation it has been trouble free and still looks as good as new. Unfortunately, on Saturday the clicker mechanism for the plug waste broke preventing the bath from being filled. I emailed Carrons technical department on Sunday, by Wednesday I had received a replacement part FREE OF CHARGE. Thank you David at Carron. Wonderful customer service.

Issue with a hairline crack on a Carron bath, nothing to do with the manufacturing, and found on installation; ordered through a third party company. Spoke to John who is a credit to Carron bathrooms and came to an amicable solution and went above and beyond to support where the third party company did not. Very good products and service.

I purchased a Carron bath some time ago and did not get to install it until now. In the meantime I misplaced fittings. I contacted the company and got an immediate response. They sorted out my difficulty immediately which they did not have to due to my own mistake. I must commend David Gibson of Technical & Customer Services for doing a fantastic job. Thanks David & Carron Bathrooms.

The measure of a company is the service they provide when something goes wrong: my bath panel yellowed after a few years whereas the bath stayed pure white.. A rare occurrence but it can happen.
Spoke to Carron customer service, a replacement bath panel was manufactured and delivered by James. No issues, no drama, no hassle, just good customer service. What more can you ask for.

12yrs after buying my 2nd bath from Carron (first was at my previous house) We've decided to remodel the bathroom again. On removing the bath we realised it was still in brilliant condition with the exception of a broken bracket holding the support arm underneath and a broken rubber foot.
I contacted Carron Bathrooms in Falkirk direct to be told these fittings were now obsolete and no longer available. However she said let me check the factory. Later I received an email from Lynn to say she'd sourced the parts I needed and popped them into a padded envelope. Today I received a full set which allows me to reinstall the bath for many more years of use.
If you're ever considering a new bath then look no further, quality, sturdy baths with first class after sales service, even after more than a decade.

There needs to be a special 6th Platinum star for businesses like Carron Bathrooms.
Had our Carronite Bath for 20yrs now and still in fantastic condition. Great quality and exceptional customer service.

I want to give a good review of this company, but the receptionist I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful - she said they were short-staffed so maybe it was a temp. I asked to speak to someone else with my query but apparently there was no one else there. I am still hoping to be able to speak with someone else who may be able to help.
