Fantastic service , a replacement dishwasher was supplied and fitted and tested with the absolute minimum of fuss or mess. The 2 gentleman that came to fit it were superb and very polite and professional a real credit to the company. A very happy customer 😀

Another big tick in the box for using local independent shops! Tried 4 times to get a freezer delivered to our first floor flat! The first delivery from AO was a problem, my fault, forgot the first floor landing is narrow. But then followed the instruction of the driver, ordered the width he said, next time, different driver, just flatly refused to deliver the freezer because he’d have to unpack on the ground floor! Tried a load of other online companies, all ground floor deliveries only! Walked into carters on Preston Road, saw the freezer we wanted, discussed the delivery, explained the issue with the outer packing ‘no problem’, they are experienced delivery guys, they always remove the outer to minimise the mess to the customer. No problem being 4th floor, they book a longer slot. How much more is it for this wonderful service…. Not a bean!!! All my concerns dealt with and a decent conversation to boot! Wonderful!

Addendum!
The guys just delivered exactly as said! No messing, 4 really tough flights of stairs, 6 really awkward turns, no giving up at the first hurdle like the others! Time to turn our backs on corporations and support local ‘can do’ businesses!
