Disappointed overall. breakdown in communication between Dave who was sent to site and the manager who was responsible for the report and the remedy on the rectification work. Having been sent a report for the neighbours land and having to explain the division of the area since the prior inspection 9 years ago and being told I was wrong seemed hard work. Would recommend going elsewhere!
