We have used Catalyst for several years now and still have Ian McKenna as our contact. I found arranging our contracts harder and harder as different suppliers used different pricing structures and terminology. Ian has been extremely helpful and saved us time and money. Trust pilot are forcing me to change my review of Catalyst and keep censoring it, and so i will use Google reviews instead.

Beware of this company, they have owed me money and have refused to pay me the money they owe me and now i have filed legal action against them. I have pursued them for over 1 year and they always seem to ignore my request. Also when i put my experience on trust pilot they keep reporting it and so do not be fooled by the trust pilot reviews. I have full proof of money owed, correspondence with catalyst and the court documents. Use Catalyst at your own risk.

If your to stupid to know how to sort out your own energy bills and need a broker than you deserve to be scammed by companies like catalyst who do nothing but try to make as much commission as possible yet pretend that they are saving you money. Go direct to energy suppliers and switch supplier every time your contracts up if you really want to save money. It really is that simple
