Overall experience good, dealt over the phone and online information studied which was good. But later it seems because Covitech ( in Brighton) is at distance from me in Wolverhampton they employed someone from Check-a-trade to do the work. I have not had good experiences in the past whenever I used Check-a-trade recommended tradesmen. And the same happened again. I had specifically asked to be present when work was carried out and asked to be called 1/2 to 1hr before arrival which did not happen. It is a rental property where Cavity wall insulation was done and I don't live there. The workmen came without notifying me and within 1/2 hour they were gone ( accordingto my tenant). I wanted to witness the work, ask Questions etc. I have been left wholly dissatisfied as a result. If I had known the work was going to be passed onto 'Check-a-trade' I would have looked for a local firm. Any work I have had done from Check-a-trade workers in the past has always left me wholly dissatisfied so had stopped using Check-a-trade for tradesmen.

Contacted by Covitech explained that they only advertise on Check-a-trade and that the work was actually carried out by Cavitech's own workmen. Gaurantee and certificate for the work undertaken has been provided. Cavitech has assured me that the issue regarding not calling me before workmen arriving as was requested has been acknowledged and they have assured to make sure to advise any future clients of their approximate time of arrival 1/2 to 1 hr before arrival, especially when this has been requested in advance. Because of the reassurances received, I am happy to improve the 'star rating' to 5 from earlier 3.

Cavitech carried out the removal of our old insulation and installed new back in 2019. Very happy with the job - and happy to report that each winter our house retains its heat very well indeed. Very satisfied with all the communication. Would use again and recommend.

Fast efficient service at a reasonable price.
Removed my old shoddy insulation and replaced with new, done by lunchtime. The technicians were polite and happy to show me and explain what they were doing. Left the site tidy.

I had Grey Carbon Saver Bead insulation fitted at my property as the temperature drop off, once the heating went off, was vast. I was told the place had been insulated years ago. Turns out this was a scam and another company never insulated, just drilled holes. The Cavitech technicians showed me a camera probe inspection, no insulation! They completed the works in under three hours! I had good, initial, conversations with Josh and do highly recommend Cavitech. He called me back very quickly when I made my first request to discuss insulation. Another company called me back after three weeks! I'd already engaged Cavitech!

Honest and professional. I looked online for cavity wall insulation. I was inundated with companies offering their services. Once I read the reviews and other people’s experiences I decided to go with Civitech. From the onset they were professional and honest. I would recommend this genuine company to carry out your cavity wall insulation. The 2 men that attended the property were extremely polite and just got on with job explaining what they were doing prior to getting stuck in,. A certificate is provided on completion.

My honest review is they do the job and supper fast but leave a lot of mess for customers to tidy up and any issues ignore the emails.
I would use them again but I would be holding payment till they tidy there mess up leave dust all over patios/windows from drilling bricks no hoovers used or hoses to tidy up leave you to tidy everything up so bare this in mind when using Cavitech

The work was carried out four years ago and I'm still trying to get get them to finish the job properly.
I've got condensation running down the wall after every cold night.
Their warranty is not worth anything!
They don't reply to my phone calls!
Evan if you do get to talk to them, they'll promise to sort out a date for a visit to carry out the remedial work and then never phone back!
I could give lots of other examples of their lack of professionalism and total disregard for customer satisfaction.

Very knowledgeable and professional firm. Dealt with Joshua in the office who sourced us a quote in a timely manner.
