Very good guys to deal with, knowledgeable and professional. I had my system installed in December 2024 and even with the low winter sun it's providing enough to power the house at night. Shaun's estimate for ballast on my dormer panels was spot on👍they haven't moved even with the 70mph winds recently. Very pleased

After a pre arranged meeting, Shaun and Steve from CBR Energy arrived at my house on time for a free no-obligation solar panel installation.
Steve and Shaun were very professional, They discussed with me in great details my current and future energy needs. They encouraged me to interrupt them at any time during the consultation if I had any questions.
At the end of the consultation they proposed a suitable solar energy solution tailored to my needs and emailed it to me before the end of the appointment. They suggested that I should go over the emailed proposed CBR Energy solution and let them know of my decision.

Quite simply the worst company we have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

From start to finish and it’s not finished yet!

Currently awaiting 5 weeks (third time for a faulty car charger or system) however unwilling or unable to fix. The system is not even 6 months old.

Dreadful backup service = non!! But can chase every day for the last £ that was held back until the system was working the first time. Yet when you have a problem they don’t seem able to answer the phone or return calls.

Do not use them and please feel free to share far and wide.

** Edited - I have no reason to lie about anything, I’m sure you’ll find it all to be factually correct.

All CBR Solar have been asked to do, yet again, was to rectify the problem.
Unfortunately, it’s taken for us to review your services on social media for you to think we merit a response and to ‘possibly’ deal with the issue 4 weeks after it was reported.

If you have a problem with roof or solar panels, these are the guys to call.
Had leak under my panels and having difficulty getting someone to attend.
Made contact, and within minutes of speaking to Stevie, i knew i was speaking to someone who could help.
He attend,looked at my problem and within a fortnight work started and finished to within agreed timescale.
The guys who worked on my problem were brilliant, problem solved and tidied up before they left.
