I tried to set up an account 1 year ago. Their sales team is not interested in helping me at all. I sent them the first email but haven't gotten anything back. Then, I complained, no response. Then after my 4th email, somebody configured my account but no prices are visible and there is an error message on the dashboard to contact the sales team as my account is not working. I contacted the sales team another 4 times and no response. Thank you, I will order from another company who is a little bit more interested in selling me products. I do not recommend this company at all as they are a complete waste of time.

One of the best suppliers of SMA inverters i am using them from last 4 years very helpful, when its comes to technical. Good work keep it up.

Avoid,

Sold me a battery that was sat on the shelf for 18 months despite checking the age first before ordering to be told 2 months old. When it arrived i was ofcourse not happy. They would gladly refund me minus a 20% restocking fee for their "error".

Had the pleasure of dealing with ccl components more so Steven Armstrong I found the process from sizing system advice on most suitable components and Technical advice and help the likes of which is not so common these days Steven responded to emails outside normal working hours and assisted me extensively throughout the
commissioning and proved to be a professional knowledgeable patient helpful ally.
